A passport that is valid for at least 90 days past your arrival date is required to enter Peru.
Visitors to Peru need
to go to Immigration Office to get a visa good for 90 days. Visitors need to visit this same office when leaving to get their
exit stamps.
You can get your visit extended to a maximum of 180 days if you visit a Peruvian city’s local Immigration
Office.
If you wish to stay longer than 180 days in Peru, you need to leave the country for at least a day, and then
re-enter. You may also apply for residency in Peru.
